Founder - At Chatrilux, I founded and led a boutique hospitality and real estate venture specializing in the renovation and transformation of historic Thai homes. We scouted undervalued properties, secured funding from Swiss investors, and collaborated with local contractors to restore the houses with a blend of modern design and warm, inviting interiors. The result was a portfolio of unique, story-driven accommodations that consistently outperformed market occupancy averages.

Our focus on guest experience, contemporary design, and professional operations allowed Chatrilux to achieve premium positioning on Booking.com and Airbnb. Through this work, I gained hands-on experience in real estate scouting, project management, investor relations, and hospitality marketing.
